Strengths: stores, pickup, print/copy, furniture you can see, business delivery, a catalog that is actually office-shaped. OfficeMax branding still appears on some locations; for this guide they are one merchant family.

Strengths: known commodities, evening ordering, a long tail of cables. Fine for a stapler you already trust.
